Our PreAuthorized Checking service is best suited for businesses that accept recurring payments from customers and would like to receive those payments automatically. (If your business accepts one-time payments from customers, you should have a look at our Checks by Phone service instead).

Here's How PreAuthorized Checking Works:
PreAuthorized Checking (PAC) ensures that your payments are received automatically and on-time each month.

Once you have activated your account, all you have to do is fax or email us the completed customer signup form (see sample) with your customer's information. We will print the pre-authorized checks for the specified amount(s) and deliver them to your business on the scheduled date(s) along with a detailed report of all the transactions for that given pay period.
